Investment Sales – Supplying sellers with market research and analysis, valuing properties, identifying highest and best use, customizing platforms for delivery of properties to the market, negotiating purchase & sale agreements and managing the sales process through closing.

Buyer Representation - Working with clients on all aspects of due diligence, estimating property values, measuring investment performance and applying investor decision-making analysis to optimize investment returns.

Owner/User Representation – In addition to Buyer Representation services provided, we run comparative lease analysis, provide lease vs. purchase analysis, sale-leaseback analysis and lease buy-out analysis.

Tenant Representation – Supplying tenants with market analysis, comparing lease alternatives & running lease comparison analysis, providing lease vs. purchase analysis, negotiating leases, implementing our network of consultants (architects, space planners, contractors, lawyers, vendors etc.) and being a constant resource for tenants throughout their tenancy.

Landlord Representation – Analyze comparables, market properties by showcasing distinguishing features, proactive space planning, pre-qualifying tenants, negotiating leases and maximizing economic benefits for landlords.
