Chris Stapper, ACoM
As the primary Property Manager for RGM Commercial, Chris is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of routine and preventive maintenance programs in the buildings we manage. Chris works directly with tenants and building owners to ensure that all improvement projects and repairs are completed properly and in a timely manner. Chris is intimately familiar with each building he manages, anticipating situations before they occur. He prides himself on professionalism, and a goal of “zero downtime” for commercial tenants. At RGM, we understand that quality property management comes down to fast response times, attention to detail and follow-up.
